Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

HJ Designs & Co. is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at hjdesignsco@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, stolen, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking information. You may also contact us at hjdesignsco@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

HJ Designs & Co. is not responsible for stolen packages or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on the items ordered and fulfillment location. If your items arrive separately, you may receive more than one tracking number.

International Shipping

If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise.
